Early Year Guidance
This programme helps to identify each student’s strengths and weaknesses and find his or her area of interest. It is an exploratory course to help young children find direction in their upcoming academic journey and explore what they may wish to pursue.
Programme Objectives
The Early Years Guidance package consists of at least 6 sessions with 3 task objectives.
To provide students with firsthand perspectives on various academic and career paths through mentorship.
To assist students in identifying their passions and exploring their interests.
To provide students with guidance on academic direction, including course selection, extracurricular activities, and internships.
To expose students to a diverse range of perspectives and insights from mentors in various fields.

Explorations of Interests
Throughout the program, students will be encouraged to explore their interests and passions under the guidance of their mentors. They will be provided with resources and opportunities to help them discover new areas of interest and broaden their horizons.
Mentorship
As part of the program, students will have the opportunity to be paired with mentors who will share their personal experiences and knowledge to help guide them in their academic journeys. These mentors will be selected from various fields, including academia, business, healthcare, and more, providing a diverse range of perspectives and insights for students to consider.
Career Path Identification
As students explore their interests and passions, they will also be encouraged to consider potential career paths that align with their strengths and passions. Mentors will share their experiences and insights into various career paths to help students identify potential opportunities and navigate the complexities of the job market.
Academic Direction
In addition to career path identification, mentors will also provide guidance on academic direction. They will offer advice on course selection, extracurricular activities, and internships to help students develop the skills and experiences necessary to succeed in their chosen academic and career paths.
