The US process reads the whole student. It's worth starting early.
American admissions officers read essays, an activities list, teacher recommendations and grades together. No single piece decides it, which is why the years before Grade 12 matter so much.
What we do
We help students choose what to spend their time on in Grades 9 to 11, so the activities list has a shape. We shortlist universities, coach the Common App essay and supplements, prepare students for the SAT or ACT where they're needed, and run mock alumni interviews.
Where students have gone
Recent offers include Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, Yale, Columbia, Cornell, Penn, MIT, UC Berkeley, UCLA, Boston University, NYU, Tufts and the University of Washington.
When to start
Grade 9 or 10 is ideal. Grade 11 works. Grade 12 is tight, but we've seen it done, and we'll tell you honestly what's still possible.
Tell us where your child is now.
We’ll tell you, honestly, what we’d do next.
